Jeffrey Tyler McArthur often refers to recently retired Talladega County Judge, Marcus Ryan Rumsey, as 'The Judge". Jeffrey has boasted in multiple videos and messages about his family's personal relationship with Judge Rumsey, which seems to be reciprocated considering the financial and legal assistance allegedly offered by Rumsey. It seems that 'The Judge' has quite the reputation as well, which we will be posting about shortly.
